We are a Twin Cities based amateur adult hockey association. Our mission is two fold:

To provide instruction to adults who want to learn to play the Coolest Game and
To foster safe, fun competition for adults who want to play no-check hockey.

All of our on-ice programs require participants to wear full equipment including; helmet and face shield, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, breezers (pants for the hockey illiterate), shin guards and of course skates. To learn more visit our Programs section.

The Adult Hockey Association proudly registers our participants with USA Hockey and Minnesota Hockey.
