European Vacation

Update: Due to a shortage of people able to commit the European Vacation program has been postponed until 2006. Check back here for further updates. Below is a sample of what the 2006 Program may look like.

The Adult Hockey Association (AHA) is pleased to announce the formation of our European Vacation Program. This has been made possible through a relationship with Brad Doshan of Eurosport Tours. Brad is a native of Minnesota having played high school hockey for Hastings and college hockey under Herb Brooks for the University of Minnesota Gophers, winning a NCAA Championship in 1979. Since college, Brad has lived in Northern Italy while playing professional hockey in Europe. Currently Brad coaches a professional team in Lugano, Switzerland and hosts visiting hockey teams through his company Eurosports Tours.

The AHA is excited to offer this inaugural European Vacation Program to the Lake Como area of Northern Italy and Southern Switzerland. The tentative itinerary for this tour is to arrive in Milan, Italy April 23, 2005 and depart May 1, 2005. While there, our team(s) will be representing the Adult Hockey Association (and USA) in three or four games with teams from the surrounding areas.

This opportunity is available to AHA players and their family and friends. Reservations will be accepted for individuals or groups of players. Teams will be formed around skill level and on a first come first served basis. The cost for this tour is $1,700 for players, $1,400 for accompanying adults, and $700 for accompanying children.
