Adult Recreational Hockey League

The Adult Hockey Association is Minnesota's premier amateur adult hockey association. Our mission is two fold:

To provide instruction to adults who want to learn to play the Coolest Game

To foster safe, fun competition for adults who want to play no-check hockey

All of our on-ice programs require participants to wear full equipment including; helmet and face shield, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, breezers (pants for the hockey illiterate), shin guards and of course skates. All programs are non-checking.
